Symbols are important because they construct our everyday life: streets, traffic, the space that surrounds us and our living environment. Through a simple symbol on a building or public space, they tell everyday stories. These expressions are used to develop a sense of community or to recognize or belong to social movements. Today, everyone invents their own symbols, whether to express themselves, provoke or manipulate. Our everyday life is marked by symbols and signs that become part of history.
